I vote dark blue. I'm a little biased because thats the color I've got and I like it, but it is a good color for a 1st gen. Sleeper-looking stock two tone dark blue and silver would be neat.

EDIT: Oh yeah, stock colors, but add in a little pearl or metallic flake.

I voted Dark Blue bc thats what im going with on mine. I think I will go with two tone and go with black on the bottom.

I was also looking at RSX Desert Silver. Light silver at night, and dark silver during the day.

I vote Gun Metal, it's what I plan on going with eventually.

Do you have any major sponsors, or is this just basically your hobby? If you have major sponsors helping with costs, then you might consider how their logos and lettering will look on the color you choose. Since I'm in the sign business and have lettered many a racecar, this is just something I always think about. How the total package will look when it's all done.

I like the sleeper look myself, I dont like cars that stand out wanting to be noticed. To me that usually goes along with the ricer (slow) fad. $.02

whats wrong with a dark racecar? lotus is my favorite car company and their type 72 cars have been the coolest imo. black with gold trimming and wheels

id do this scheme with black as the main color, and championship white where the black stripes are:
