Topics I've Started

Powdercoated D16 Intake And Powdercoated D16 Head Milled And Freshened

04 September 2014 - 02:28 PM

I still have the D16 intake and matching blue powdercoated head, had it completely reworked by a shop in Franklin, Ky.  3 valves totally replaced, Jackson racing cams with .395 lift.  Never used.  Got it back, but simply sold the car.  This head also has adjustable cam gears, and has been milled .20.

Serious bump in power for the D16.

I'm including a complete set of ARP head studs, and some .40 over domed pistons that were in the old engine (considering how much dirtcircle has chastised me on this, these are optional, and only included if you want them).  They dont seem to have been damaged when I grenaded the motor, says my mechanic.

If you're local and interested in a block and assorted wiring, etc, I'll give you that stuff.  I'm south of Bowling Green, Ky.

Asking 250 for reworked head (cost me 300, the head studs were another 100) and intake, studs, and pistons if you want them.  Willing to ship, but due to weight, will probably be around 70 or so.

Make an offer, I need the space in my tiny building, and don't want to send this to the scrapyard.

gives you an idea.

Thanks.
