Night of the Living Thread!!
Anyway, in about a year I will have a 1.3L to which I'd like to make into a cart or buggy.
That would be a great idea till you remember the shift linkage...
I was thinking the same thing... except boosting the 1.3L. But how do you setup the shift linkage?

that being said, what about only having 1 gear, flip it around and use reverse? yeah, I know you'd then be able to go backwards at 80mph but reverse weould be just right for go cart
Depending on which Civic/CRX gearbox you're using, reverse is actually the same as 1st gear or even slightly taller.

That has been done, but may have been inspired by this old post.

Found on youtube
buggy d13a on 9psi
Part 2
Turbo d13a on 9psi buggy 2 and a half minute music video with lame music.. not bad video.
The music vid has a slideshow and reggae in the middle showing how he put it together.
The end of the video is kinda sad *tear*
Enjoy.
