OK, dumb question time:

 

Will an HF rack fit in an Si?

 

Does an HF rack have fewer turns lock-to-lock than an Si?

Yes it will fit and si and yes it has a quicker steering ratio. This is the whole rack in pieces ready to be thrown back together, all new honda seals and clips and bearing still in honda packaging
