I am looking for a muffler that will quiet down my zc oval car a bit, but wont sacrifice flow, and be relatively cheap(around 100 bucks),

Im not too concerned about weight, so it doesn't have to be a "race" muffler

Quiet and race muffler don't even belong in the same sentence. It is usually one or the other.

Borla XR-1 Sportsman Racing Muffler.

It's a little bit over your $100 price limit but it is a very good muffler.

JEGs carries them.

I'm typically at 88-90db at most tracks.
