I don't know who actually made it, but Jackson Racing used to sell a "Nine Piece Aero Kit" which I think was a Mugen knock off. I remember a pic of "Orca" in Turbo magazine. It had the aero kit and a turbo set-up with the caption, "Getting ready to pierce 150mph with 1500cc."

Right, 9 piece is the mugen kit. I think they also sold a 6 piece kit which I would assume to be the one pictured.

Nice find man! well that is the kit, with the added aero pieces in the back and front bumpers i guess the nine piece in the mystery black crx photo, no mugen pieces. Good luck finding them, they might pop up sometime, you never know

I think the 6pc was the same as the 9pc minus the front & rear fascia and the spoiler.

No, it has already been established that the fenders are different. The 9 piece includes the header panel and front and rear fascia's. The 9 piece is probably Housman's kit. I'm surprised he doesn't know who was making the 6 piece kit back then.

Man, o man, I want that Jackson kit! Did you guys read the caption by the pic. Says that the rear quarters bolt right up to existing taillight and door sill bolt holes. Says no "bonding" necessary.

Basically, I find this kit, paint match it, install, and I'm good: superstar status in about a week. Why are we all so obsessed over Mugen. Let's shift some focus here, find THIS kit, and mass produce it!
