By "H-town", I mean Houston, TX. I live on the North side of town, so not many industrial-type installations here.

The car cannot be parted yet, until the claim is settled.

what about a drivers side skirt?

Lew, I took a look at the car, but there is no side skirt - maybe the CRX is different, but on my car is it just a part of the uni-body. Tell me if I am missing something
