This weekend I'm tear'n out my stock exhaust system and removing my cat checking things out, I was thinking of whipping up a 2.25 304 exhaust while I have the access to a bender. I'd like a decent header to go with it who makes one? (This car is driven on the street, but not a daily driver, so full race is ok, and so is loud as hell =D)
I've searched around and saw a Pacesetter, but from what I heard in Focus land, I might as well go hang myself if I buy one. But who knows the one for the CRX may be built right. Its definitely cheap which is a plus.

Thanks,

-ghost[iLs]

If it were me, I would put fourth a little bit more cash, and pick up the DC sports the normally sound the best, and as far as quality its hard to beat them..

Yeah i probably wouldnt go with anyone but DC when it comes to a 1g header, or any header really. All depends on how much $$ your willing to let go.

good luck finding one from dc as they have been discontinued. however they show up the classified forum sometimes. i haven't heard anything bad about the chikara header.
goodluck.

It would be interesting to see if they actually have any in stock. DC's website no longer lists them for our cars.

Another source for a good 4-1 race header is the Walt Puckett designed header carried by OPM.

Where could you find a good header for the PE3 (CDM carb'd head)? Or would it have to be a custom job?

Sweet, thanks. I guess that the products are just shown with a universal picture on a lot of the sites.
