I need to start going to the gym again. I feel like the dough boy. I have been without soda for 9 months now and that made a good difference in the way I feel but I still need exercise and no fast food. My goal is to be 6'0 200lbs. I am currently killing the scale @ 315lbs. I miss mountain biking and walking threw the junkyard without having a heat stroke here in Houston LOL.
