I am flushing my system out today. Is part #26 the Engine block drain plug for the coolant.

Yes it is. just got through using it to flush the system.

Stupid question: Where is it at? I looked for it, but i didnt see it. I am sure it is right in front of my face. Do i have to take anything off to get to it? What is the best angle to reach it? Thanks.

it's kinda behind the exhaust manifold i used a breaker bar and a socket it's tight you can go from the bottom or the top
