That's kinda what im thinking. Possibly running a PR3 or PW0 ecu with only one O2 sensor?

im running both o2 sensors and i'm highly sure that there are running the right way, not backwards. maybe i'll switch em around just to see how it runs afterwards to determine which way is right, i based it one the picture in the service manual.

If the B16A is stock, in good health & running a stock ECU, it will pass. Mine does every time.

hmm i'd say mine is in good health and very stock. there's one thing i might add i am not using the purge cut-off or pressure regulator cut off solenoids. i just hooked them straight to the canister and straight to the pressure regulator. my guess is since everything is new and there are no codes, it must be the fuel suppl system, i'm thinking the fuel pressure regulator.
