do it !!! its not fair that they have all those sick whips but look at them like old junkers. I hope they have the original steering wheel and drivers seat!

Yes you can get it shipped to the USA, but it can be a hassle with bonded agents at both ends and forms. I dont recommend trying to pick it up yourself at the dockside storage lot unless you are familiar with the forms you must provide. You can either do a RORO (roll on - roll off), which means the car is stored on the ship, or do a container with the car inside. Sometimes you can share a container with another car.

I suppose that is the problem with dealers. Auction prices are much more reasonable.

...And you could buy a new 1954 corvette for $3995. Collectable-grade cars appreciate, which means they will eventually be worth more than new. Look today at the Ebay prices for CRX's. They are from $24000 to $2000. This car is sure to be worth more in the future, and the parts are out there to bring it back to OEM if you wish.
That said, this one is too much for me at this time, plus the stress of importing it. Someone will end up owning a very desirable vintage JDM CRX Si. And I will be telling stories of 'the one that got away'...
