OK, since your so smart, which injectors should I use with ITBs?  Specifically, Honda CBR ITBs?

Smart is an adjective I would not use to describe myself.

Considering how well ITB flow, maybe the D16A1 injectors are what you will need. But I would start with stock injectors and see if they can be induced to flow enough. This is where an Air/Fuel ratio monitor and a fuel pressure guage come in handy.

You live in Beverly Hills with the stars, you watch televison and press buttons for a living, you get paid hundreds of thousands for that, and you drive Hondas. You must be smart.

I just might try those Integra injectors out.
