Jesus F. Christ, I forgot what a chaotic mess posting pics on this site is.

Here's a link to my flickr account.

I also forgot to mention, this car has remote start and door locks, currently disconnected.

I never knew why anyone would want remote start on a manual transmission.  Did NOT install that myself.

Anyway, it's there.

Sorry to sound crabby about pic posting.  At one time I had it figured out.  I am not dumb, nor am I an internet noob, but I find it to be a real pita on this site.  spaceball.gifspaceball.gif

It was -23 here on Monday with a wind chill of -49, so I can see the advantage of a remote starter. I would park the car in neutral with the hand brake on and use the remote to not only warm the engine but to spin the trans gears so they would engage.

I have driven in 1st for a mile or so to get the trans warmed to the point you can shift.

Okay, I've had no luck finding a buyer.  Lots of interest, nobody pulling the trigger.

I drove her to work today.  Runs like a top.

1900 bucks, and someone has a running racing machine, plus 4 1988 Accord 13x5.5 stock wheels (still in box), milled head and powdercoated intake (I spent 300 getting head reworked, still has Jackson Racing cams in it) and old block and .40 domed pistons from old motor, which aren't damaged.

Please somebody give this car a home.  I can't take it any further than I have, and I hate seeing it sit.

1900 bucks won't even cover getting the new motor in, but I don't care.  To clarify, I spent 950 on the motor, gaskets, seals, new power steering rack, etc, and almost a grand for my mechanic to put it in.

Hey, I live in Bowling Green and may have someone interested in your car.  Can you PM me your phone/email?

SOLD!

Thanks to everyone here for a great experience.  CRX has a new owner, and the thread is in "Projects", look for Michael Star. She's being driven and enjoyed.

I had a ball here.  You guys are great.  Thank you.
