Well, the rubber grommet rotted away and this weekend I was getting the CRX back up and running...opened the hood and went to put the hood rod in to hold the hood open and it was gone.

Going to need another one...and luckily CSP has found an alternate for the rubber grommet, maybe a new hood rod will hang around.

I have a parts car that i believe still has the rod in it. ill take a look next time im over that way. Ill be out of town the rest of the week so ill check when i get back.

If not there is one on eBay right now as well.
