A lot of good info there.
Honda, because it's hard to look baller in your mom's Volvo.
The entire tool selection at Sears or the contents of a Snap-On truck will do you no good if you do not know how to use them.

Will Honda still replace whatever recall there is on a 20 year old car?

i know mod does, but that info is normally only available to us techs, and not to the common public

I found that site to be very inaccurate with information regarding the recalls. They list cars under years that they weren't produced in and don't list certain manufacturers for some years.
If we were to use any of the '86 Honda recalls, do we just print out that page and give it to a dealer or is there more to it?

Wouldn't hurt....they just look up the VIN on your car to see what has or hasn't been fixed. I took my 86' CRX in for the seat belt recall...apparently it hadn't been done yet. Got some wierd looks from the service people bringing in a 20 year old vehicle, but they fixed it none-the-less. Also remember to have them replace the windshield wiper motor if it hasn't been done....rainy/snowy season ahead.
