Do you still have this ecu? The one in my daughters 87 civic si has "37820-pe7-682", no "0" at the end and the label is intact.

Would these be the same, if not, do you think that it might work?

That should work fine. I've used ECUs' with one less digit with no trouble... also with the last couple digits different and no notable variation in how it runs or how it tested on the smog machine.
