i would like to supercharge my lsvtec,
i seriously doubt that the jackson will fit, with firewall clearance, and all.
but, the vortech unit mounts on the passenger side front, in fact, looking at pics, it doesnt stick out any further forward than the exhaust manifold,
any chance of it fitting in the rex?

after looking at the pics i think it will be close on the driver side were that extra pulley mounts to the engine but if that would fit the passenger side looks like it may be close to the radiator but with minor relocating and cutting you should be able to make it work also if you look between the strut tower and distributor the 1g has more room you may be able to fit the intercooler that is also available with that kit

I think too that the biggest problem is the extra Pulley, but that cant be THAT hard to fix....
I say
-Go for the Vortech!
i think its gone be a hell to get the Jackson to fit....

i diddnt think of the extra pulley.. with the Hasport mounts the Stock Pulley doenst even fit nicely.. ive turned the Pulley down so it only has 2 ribs left.. with the engine mounted in the driver site mount i have about 5 mm left.. so that will be a problem.

IF you do a vortech, make it intercooled..... thats the only way to go...
all the mustang guys are getting 500hp on stock motors with vortech's....
some mustangs run 8's and high 7's with full interior...
