Here's mine,
Works like a charm and you can even use the stock hardware from the joint.
I have little or no movement in my shifter now.

As you can see here mine uses the stock connector to the tranny so I still get to play with a pin that we all have come to know and love. Seams like everyone else uses the other joint on the steering shaft, but this looks good to me. I painted mine because I was conserned about it rusting as I've found many under dash parts to be unprotected.

i cut my stock shifter, took about 2" out, put a bolt inside to reinforce it, welded back together, than heated and put dual bends in it, worked well.
as far as the bushings, i grinded off the "pin" that holds the joint together, took bushings out, put washers in, and a bolt/nut back together, very tight, very nice

I'm looking for something with a shorter shift engagement throw versus a shorter shifter.
