undercoat it like a bitch.. go to crappy tire and get a bucket of that really thick rubber undercoat and a bruish and then spread it all over under your car and especially in the wheel wells.. make sure you go to one of those fancy car wash places first , one of those ones that has water spraying up under your car to clean the floor.. then slap on the coat.. enjoy.. hehe

#1 make sure it is 100% dry first, I see that mistake alot, if you put undercoating over moisture, you are just trapping it in there and making a place to rust
#2, if you don't want the added weight of the undercoating, then hey, you can have the rust, and it will just keep getting lighter....

BigK3000 is clearly talking crazy from all that STRONG canadian beer!
I figured most Canadian cars would be undercoated, and I heard that it is a bad Idea to undercoat over your old undercoating. I am going to strip all of it off of my car and patch the rust and re-apply. Any tips?
Cheers,
Mark

Heard of POR-15? I haven't tried it, but it's tempting.

I've used a lot of POR-15 stuff, and it seems to work well. I used a lot of it on my rex, but sadly the cancer was terminal.
