There is a guy down south from here ( Cali I think, or Washington) that has the engine mounted in a 74-78 civic ( 1st gen). It's a b16. Not running yet.
A local friend of mine with a 1st gen wagon has a d16 from and 87 teg and another guy I know has a 2000 si vtech single cam in his 78 civic hatch.
I'll get some pics.
Time to kick some ricer butt!

i'd love to find any information on what it would take to put a B16 in a 1G hatch. Seeing how I have both a B16, and a '78 widebody I think I am obligated to do it for all the 1G fans. biggrin.gif

I have seen an ICE RACER 70's civic with a H22 prelude engine

It was crazy fast but poorly built
