My latest purchase for a winter car has been another 86 Honda Crx DX. Well it aint doing its job very well, I can never get it to blow hot air out of the heater, it gets to luke warm and that is about it, not very good considering we are below 0 now with snow.
I remember on my second gen that there was like a lever that you can pull behind the heater controls and that would give you warm heat....does anyone have this problem or no of how I can solve this. Please any help, I am freezing here

Yeah check if the cable is working properly. That's certainly the easist thing to fix...
stuick your head under the dash and slid the heat control back and foward and seee which of the cables coming out of the back of the heater control is working.
Check than the slider on the other end of the cable (ie not the controler end) is moving through its full amount of travel as you move the heat control from blue to red.
