$57k? I wasn't born 'til after these things had come and gone, but isn't there a hazard of freeway-speed-summersaults?

The Delorean company is now based out of Houston. THey refirbish and are starting to update the motor and drivetrains on them. No word yet on when they will start production on a new model.

Its not so much that they are remanufacturing the parts, there was an INCREDIBLE stockpile of components left over when the company when bust. The Houston warehouse is loaded to the brims with these excess parts.
