I am getting ready to build my EW4.
I have a couple of directions to go but I would like to know if anyone has used the PM7 P29 Pistons on an EW4.
They both are 75mm and I know of someone using the P28 Pistons which yield a similar compression to stock on the EW4 (so I heard) but I am wondering if anyone has used anything other than those. I would like to build a high compression EW4 with wet nitrous. Also any upgrades (stock components from another engine) that I can do to increase the power of the engine (internals). Also what rods would help me achieve more power? My project is simple just an average looking EW4 powered 3G with AC. I know I could have custom pistons and rods but I want this project on a budget.
I do not want to know that I am wasting my time or that I should instead put a b16 or anything else in my 3G, I know how to do that and I know that I dont want to. I am building the car to cruise on the weekends.
Any opinion would be appreciated. Even more if you can back it up.

First off you will have to have the EW4 bored over, the EW4 pistons ar 74mm, then you can use any 88-00 D-Series piston.
The DOHC ZC pistons will give you the maximum Compression and the D16Z6 pistons will give you the lowest Compression. I cant tell you the compression because i do not know the Volume chamber on the EW4 head, or the Piston to Deck Clearance of the EW4 Block. But heres all the piston CC's
PG6B = 1.5cc (86-87 D16A1)
P29 = 7.2cc (88-89 D16A1/Browntop ZC)
PM7 = 7.2cc (Blacktop ZC)
PM6 =-3.4cc (D16A6 2g CRX Si)
P28 = -10.1cc (D16Z6 92-95 EX/Si)
P2P =-6.2cc (D16Y8 96-00 EX)

I do not understand any of the numbers you put up in there. I would like to know what kind of compression I will end up with.

Those are the dome volumes. You need to measure the other numbers to get the static compression of the combination. Chamber volume, gasket thickness, piston to deck clearance, all these numbers go into calculatiing compression. This information has all been documented, do your research!
