I have the 2 upper mount pieces, each about 1/2 the width of the hatch. $25, shipped. Here's a couple of pictures that I took yesterday.

I just saw this. It seems like the mount was cut in half at one point?

Not that I know of. There is a little machine screw connecting the 2. If it were cut in half, it would be too short to pivot in the "middle". It is the same as I have seen other upper louver mounts.

I already have the upper mount then. It's exactly as yours, with a screw in the middle. It is pretty bent up though, yours doesn't seem to be. Is the one pictured the "nicer" of the two?

I just have the 2 pieces, connected with the machine screw. Just 1 upper mount. It's condition is not bad. Those I have seen all need to be straightened/smoothed a little, due to the double-stick tape method of adhesion.

Rest of the parts are just sheet metal, foam and glue.

Any chance the stud is nearly standard hardware available somewhere? Your picture looks exactly like the one I had on the original louvers I had on an '86 Si, years ago. Hopefully somebody will know what to call it, to look it up.

I have 3 sets of louvers and only the one original piece. I have motive to sell the extra 2 but without hardware the value is highly depreciated.

Check with http://www.cheddasauto.com/ and see if he would consider machining some up for the community. Might require you sending yours to him in Canada to copy though.

Any clue as to why no one has the lower half?

I've been trying to source the stud with no luck. I have 2 choices, have them machined or 3D printed. Not sure the 3D printed would hold up Texas heat...or even my state if SC.
Rest of the parts are just sheet metal, foam and glue.
I have a 3D printer with ABS plastic filament. If you have the file, I can print a few and you can try them out.

How well does that material hold up to heat? (a quick search looks like it's probably good close to 200F.)
What kinda file do you need? All I have is Sketchup, free version. Not sure it will output the type of file you need. I've got a co-worker that has one, too and he was concerned on the specs, too.

It definitely wouldn't melt at 200F. I've had 3D ABS Plastic prints in a chemical bath of 175F for up to 4 hours. No melting. It does soften up a bit at that temperature.
