what sort of problems would i run into if i streeted these rims on street tires in a bone stock 85 crx si?wheels

do they even make street tires for 13 x 8 rims?

has anyone used trasko filters in any of their vehicles?

i might get my dad one for christmas, kinda like an experiment, but if anyone will vouch for it, i might pick one up myself.

will a D15B SOHC VTEC Longblock swap directly into an 87 Si?
