Yeah, that wont work for me for the rear wheels. Even if I had the same tires you have on there, it would rub.

I've run 225 50 R15 on the track They worked fine on the rear, just tucking in, but the front couldn't be lowered all the way down and there was scuffing on the front of the wheel well. Did terrible things to the gearing however.
205's work pretty well out to about +35, although I do see scuffing on the strut from the sidewall of the tyre as I have a mongrel set-up of crx knuckles on integra radius arms with 262 mm gen2 crx rotors and teg hubs.
The advice I have seen is to use the backspace of 5 inches to control clearance from the strut, and 205 seems to be the biggest you can then go in width on that setting. Don't be surprised if there is some rubbing.

I'm looking at the RPF1s in 15x7 on TireRack and they are suggesting that the offset that fits is 41mm with a 195 sized tire. I'm wondering if I could either stick with the 41mm offset but squeeze in a 205, OR go with the 195 tire, and use wheels with a 35mm offset (the next offset size for the RPF1). Thoughts?

Forgot to say that the RPF1's had clearance problems with the inside middle not clearing the brake calipers. They are BIG calipers - the CL17 series designed for 282 mm and up rotors off the VTIR preludes and Type R tegs. About twice the size of the stock, and 50% bigger than the teg and gen 2 crx calipers.
So do a trial fit if you can before buying, or get confirmation that what you buy will fit from someone with your combination of bits. I suspect you will be ok, but do make that final check.

You look like a pimp with those gold Enkeis. I mean that in a good way.
Going to Hawaii? You need a Dune Buggy.
