I've been missing my CRX after selling it back in August or so. Kiiiiiiiiiiiiiinda tempting, for the rediculouslness of it all. Though, I wouldn't be able to finish the custom fabbing it needs.

That engine makes about 225hp? In a 1800 lbs car? Imagine the possibilities... in a straight line. All that weight will make the car "interesting" to turn at speed.

Well in all honest.. It's just a v-6 just set in the chassis.. I mean I can shove ANY engine that will fit between the shock towers and say " X" swapped crx..
The price is right for someone who needs an accord engine I guess..

As I said before, If I was local and had the space... I'd get it, and move the engine to the back.

The big thing with the J series is the torque, which is way too much for a car that size
$400 is a steal considering the engine alone is worth more. Not so much of a steal for anyone that has to take the time to make it work correctly in the car!

Seriously! Would 30mm even be enough though? And what would the oil pan clearance end up being?

Custom bars and adjust them all the way up and I'm sure you would be fine. Get some uber stiff springs in the rear to compliment it and voila, profit. I'd buy it if it were closer and finish it up.

I'm pitching it to the 24 Hours of Lemons, if anyone is crazy enough to undertake it and race it, a Lemons racer is.

You guys are looking at it all wrong, the only way to correct the weight distribution on a V6 CRX would be a rear transaxle...
