I'm trying to finish up the D16 swap I'm doing into my street car and last weekend I discovered I don't have a starter! I got three engines and two transmissions from the guy I bought these from last year and not ONE starter.
I could always order one from Rock Auto (I may anyway) but just thought I'd try here.
I also need a passenger side, inner CV joint housing from a D16 Integra. Just the housing and it needs to be the passenger side, according to Kirk they are slightly different.
Thanks,
Jay

If you love the Elise, drive a Se7en - Caterham or whatever...
It has even less content than the Elise, is less graceful looking
...and changes direction like a ping pong ball whacked by Thor.

Jay,
I have an 89 Integra that I'm parting out (engine donor for a 1984 civic hatchback 24 Hours of Lemons car). I think I have the CV housing you need on one of our transmissions. Basically this is the inboard end of the CV joint, which usually is part of the passenger drive shaft(?). I'll take a picture tonight and get that sent to you.

This exactly what I'm looking for, pics aren't necessary if that's what it is.
What would you want for it shipped to 32780 Zip?
Thanks,
Jay

When I did my c swap, I just used my old civic starter. It mounted right up, and still works several years later.

Are you certain? No way it's going to be that easy...
Something I may attempt this afternoon then.
