CRX HF, D16A1 10.0-1 compression, ported and polished Head, intake, Exhaust. Header Pacesetter header (took a lot of grinding to make it work The A1 header is an A6 header, and the welds are rough.) After grindin the welds and makin it port match the head it flows well, and the Jet hot coating looks sweet. 2.25 pipe to the back OBX Torsional Differential Rocks Lifetime warrenty. And bearings on the shift rod.

I know SKF makes a lot of bearings. I don't know if they sell direct to the public or not. Grainger has some, but they won't deliver to a non-business address, and then there is McMaster-Carr. Try them. Remember, the higher the ABEC rating, the smoother they'll be.
Going to Hawaii? You need a Dune Buggy.
WTB: 14x8 or 9" Panasports or Watanabe RS.
WTB: 3g Civic hatch gauge cowl, brown.
WTB: ZC header--FOUND

If you love the Elise, drive a Se7en - Caterham or whatever...
It has even less content than the Elise, is less graceful looking
...and changes direction like a ping pong ball whacked by Thor.

We carry Nadella bearings in different sizes. We do list a 18mm but, like the other posts said:more info is needed.
