If I buy the spoiler, fiberglass reproductions will be made that won't cost $400 a pop! I have a friend that builds carbon fiber speed boats that would be willing to do this for me/us.

Although, since Mr. D is closer, maybe he will do this for us? Hint, hint

I don't think it is a good idea. The spoiler is foamy and flexible for a reason...so you can bend it to fit the car perfectly...I will think about it.
