New to RPR...got a 87' civic si, idles at 2k and wants to die when you give it gas, will run and drive...just acts up and sluggish...looking for someone in the kansas city area who can help...thanks!

Most likely a vacuum leak, so check that first.  If not, possibly IACV valve needs a clean or replacement.  99% of the time, it's a vacuum leak.
