Not really, I've just topped it up with coolant... I will drain it and fill it up with new coolant soon. Didn't thought that can cause the problem though, especially that it was like that since I own the car...

In Topic: Gaz Suspension Coilovers

Sure! I'm up for it..... when I save up. I've spoken to rsjapan about those coilovers and how he runs them and he said that BC have full coil springs over shock absorber setup, front and rear and the front is ment to bypass the torsion bar so he has undone and taken out the height adjustment bolt for the torsion bars and just left them in not connected to anything. Entire front suspension in his car is now holding on, on what normally would be just a shock absorber. He said that a strut brace is a necessity because the chassis would flex and bend without it.

So yea BC coilovers for £650-750 (considering a group buy or a full price with postage) is one thing and getting adjustable panhard rod for the back and strut brace for the front is another thing. I bet that coilover conversion would be around £1000 in the end....

So maybe GAZ if they would design coilovers so the front would work along a torsion bar would get things a bit cheaper, especially that their setup is cheaper to begin with.

Either way, massive saving time is coming up :o
