say, you said it wont seal with the shortblock. how can you tell the difference between it not sealing to the block and it not sealing with the head? is the leak coming out BETWEEN the gasket and the block instead of the gasket and the head?

Naw we had the head machined, and the head was in running order. I recommened him a new short block, he just wanted it to last a bit longer.
