Kind of. There were 3 models of crx; HF, DX and Si. The DX was available in standard or automatic. The other two were standard only.
THEN: soon after that : next in order of time, position, narration, or enumeration <walked to the door, then turned><first came the clowns, and then came the elephants>

THAN: used as a function word to indicate difference of kind, manner, or identity ; used especially with some adjectives and adverbs that express diversity <anywhere else than at home><older than I am> <easier said than done>

What if it had a optional sun roof dx?

Rare and undesirable. There's nothing like a sloppy three speed slush box to remove any amount of pep the dx motor has.

As far as I know, only the Si ever came with a sunroof.

The auto tranny changed from a 3-speed to a 4-speed, for 1985. I confirmed this in the FSM.

Any sunroof in a non-Si would be dealer-installed.

It seems like to me the turning point on our cars is 110 hp.

So if you put in some slightly better pistons, slightly better cam,
and the good carb, it would have some get up and go.

I'm more asking than saying. I have a 87 Dx auto engine sitting in the yard.
I'm sure it needs a lot of work though, and I would need a body to put it in.
But I would actually like to have an auto one.
