Niexist

This is a car I bought that I found on autotrader I'm wondering if it is worth racing out, I'm also a newb, and couldn't tell if this was HC or DX and forgot to ask the guy when I was there.

The car is very clean, and has no mods or anything, it was owned by a girl (ugly seat covers were a give-away) and only has 130k miles on it.
