Over 6000prm Fuel Bowl Vent Leaking In

1985 crx 2 bbl. I get fuel coming out of float bowl into pimary and secondary. only
over 6000 rpms. any ideas? float set right -any ideas?

Partially clogged return line maybe? Perhaps when the pump starts turning that fast the return line can't keep up with the amount of fuel flowing back to the tank.
