Is there enough room in our little engine bay to turbo a b-series? lol
What would I have to do to make it fit? I know for sure a half-size radiator...But what else if at all possible?
Thanks

i think i remember Bryman talking to Jonny Black and ComposiMo off of the resource about turboing his b16 and they said there was plenty of room (i think i even recall them saying that you could keep a/c as well)

You will need an aftermarket manifold. The B's don't have an oem that can be adapted.
A little easier solution would be to get a turbo kit such as the Greddy. You will still need to modify all the piping, but the rest is all there for you.
The kit is great too. Puts about 200hp to the wheels and lots of room to go up to 400hp with the right bottom end reinforcements.
Just plan ahead and have some extra cash for the inevitable surprises.
Sidenote: I wouldn't have cut the rad support to put in the wastegate. I would have mounted it a little differently.

Also, the B20 blocks have a thin one piece sleeve design that tends to crack under high boost so be careful. It is much smarter to get the B18 re-sleeved and bored out to a 2.0 liter instead. WAAAAY stronger.

I second that I have the LS turbo setup in my CRX and I am blowing doors off of TypeR Civic hatchbacks and Prelude swap Civic hatchbacks by 20 car lengths at a 4th gear 70mph roll.
My tires are shit but I am definitely sure with traction the car should see some high 11's, maybe low 11's.
Trust me, I am not bullshitting you guys, a turbo B series in a first gen REX will beat just about anything on the street with no extra engine mods. I have only fuel and spark upgrades but no internal upgrades running 10psi and I am laying the smack down on plenty candy ass's!!!

I pick on drivers, taunt them to race, and then beat them. MUUUUHAAAAHAA!

Also, your goin to resleve anyways because if you are goin to bild right, you might as well resleve.

If I was going to boost my car I would do a B16 , my friend put down 273 to the wheels and ran a 12.3 , this was in a EF .

I like the b16 but I want the torque from the b18....
More possibilities or no?
I'm still torn on whether to build the crap outof a D-series and turbo it or get a b-series.. and hp[efully turbo it...
suggestions?
