That usually means that you have bad rings.

I agree, you'd think a compression test would say the rings are bad. Doesn't make sense.
But..change the oil before you ruin the rings any worse.
Read the codes? (Sorry, I'm a carb only guy.)
84 CRX, 1 owner, Latest mod is an Si head, Weber carb, stock bottom end/trans/body/interior. Rough sanded exterior in prep for primer, removed and rebuilt bumpers.

I'd also check if your injectors are leaking. One or more could be stuck open causing the smoking, and if they're leaking, it would likely be the cause of your oil smelling like gas.

I also just found out for some reason my car doesn't have a MAP sensor..... would this effect anything?

Well that makes a lot of sense..I wonder what possessed the previous owner to delete the MAP
