The rear has a solid axle and a panhard bar, so when lowering the rear the axle will shift towards the drivers side, thus it is wise to use a adjustable panhard bar... you can get one from opm or go for the real stuff and get a redpepperracing one.
On the front you will only be able to lower it about 1/2 inch by useing the "bolt", so to lower it more you will need to remove the t-bars and reindex them... my own theroy is that on the crx one spline will give you 1/2'' to 1 1/2'' of lowering depending on the bolt, and 2 splines will give you 1 1/2'' to 2 1/2'' of lowering depending on the bolt and 3 splines will give you 2 1/2'' to 3 1/2'' and any lower your tires would be off the ground.
Also when lowering the front you can file or grind off the brake brakets on the front struts and lower them in to the hub about a 1 1/2'' so you will have that much more suspeion travle on the fron struts.
EDIT: here is a example of a car with 3 splines and the bolt all the way up, civic EG springs in the rear.
