You're my favourite member of the board, Zakats.

Is the accelerator pump working? You should see a squirt of fuel go down the ramp and into the throat each time you hit the throttle.

Going to Hawaii? You need a Dune Buggy.

yes but its a waste of time, go find a 1.5 block for a ZC(or d16a1) head swap
Im sure someone here will sell you a decent one for less than 100bux

let me rephrase what I said since it could have meant different things:
it would be best to get an 84-87 1.5 D15 aka EW engine(they are the same thing) your transmission will work the exact same although your gears aren't the best for performance. Also Id highly recommend buying a stronger than stock clutch since you'd have a lot more power. I have two disassembled blocks sitting in my garage...

it'd most likely be better and cheaper if you just want a regular power engine to buy a good bottom end from a junk yard or someone else on here so that you will have good internals already that you dont need to mess with(although new internals is always a good idea!).
But if you feel like putting it back together, having it honed (one of the block's cyl walls have some rust will need at least .010 overbore and maybe a slight decking) and buying all new rings and bearings, then yeah I have something for you. I have a nearly complete engine gasket (JISengine.com set, cheapo)and bearing kit as well, it was complete but I think I misplaced a couple main bearings...but that isn't much of a performance set.

if you want a nice performance engine with the best of everything, I think the ideal setup would be:
1.5 block
rods?(not sure what the integra piston guys use probably 1.5 rods either way shot peen them)
cyl walls bored to integra width and honed
1.6 integra brown top pistons(higher cr than blacktop I think)
all honda bearings
honda piston rings(or total sealed rings, some people say they're great look into that)

86-87 integra cyl head shaved .015
ZC carburetor and intake manifold(hard to find)
OR
custom built intake manifold
professionally tuned motorcycle carbs

you'll need a stronger clutch, if you go with motorcycle carbs you should be putting out at least 120hp if not more.
The most restrictive point of this setup, I believe would be the cams, I think that you could reach 140hp with this setup. One of our rpr brothers has a race setup similar to this but with an SI head putting out something like 157hp that is very aggressively set up, a mild setup for street such as this one should move you pretty fast and last you a long time.

some things I should also note is that you don't have to use the integra pistons but since the integra cyl head combustion chambers are bigger, they will reduce your compression ratio with the stock pistons to something quite low.

Also you should weigh the possibility of just swapping to a complete integra engine(need to buy the teg transmission and some cheap mounts(costs less than 20bux maybe even free)

you do have a 5spd transmission dont you?? if you want performance out of this, Id suggest you go with an Si transmission.

"SPEED COSTS MONEY HOW FAST DO YOU WANT TO GO?"
seriously though, what kind of budget do you want to set for something like this?

if you want 95-110hp and just to get it done quick and easy, buy an assembled bottom end from someone else
if you want to build a strong engine that will last thats still DD'able 120-135hp, buy one of my blocks and go to town
if you want 145hp stock dd'able on 87 octane and will take 350hp with a turbo and an upgraded clutch, go buy a B series engine, trans, mount kit, and axels I have that too.
