Given your name, it looks like you want a D15 with VTEC. Good luck!
The later civics do have a D15 that can do VTEC, but mounting them in a first gen will mean some customization, ie getting a welder, moving and or fabbing mounts, and some gentile persuasion with a BFH most likely. You're also in a bit of a fix with the carb setup.
To go fuel injection, you will need the complete Si intake manifold, fuel lines, engine AND chassis wiring harness from the fuel tank up, an Si fuel pump, as well as the fuel lines, an ECU, and probably a few other things I'm missing. It's a pretty big project. You're probably better off going for a dual carb swap, or maybe even a carb'd ZC swap (First gen Integra, not JDM ZC like the second gen's swap in). That'll give your car a good kick in da pants.

sounds like you want it to look fast and run a 18sec 1/4
NICE!!!!!!!!(note sarcasm)
the carbed d16a1 is prolly you best bet and is what i am looking to do here in the soon future.
HOWEVER,
my car needs paint(badly)
id like some wheels(badly)
i however cant follow the trend of "all show, and no go"

weber dcoe's are for sale on e bay all the time. but you'll have to find a manifold. weber sells them for the d16's i think. the best way to mod a carbed d15 is intake/carb and headers/exhaust. if money allows cams/porting or at least port match and remove casting flash. the other option is the one i am doing i bought an 88 teg and am switching everything over wiring harness and all. it is easier if you have a complete donor car

First of all, stop yelling.
So get some carbs, or a single downdraft carb.
