What are you looking for? I have two Headman Chikira headers like this...

I have to decide which one I'm going to put back on the car. One has a cross bar added to it. I could shoot pics of the actual one I have.
I also have a Pacesetter header that is crunched on the bottom a bit. This style...

Or, they sell them new at Summit Racing...

I doubt if you'll be able to get them to pay for a brand new header, but they should cough up some cash. Show them the Summit Racing prices and try to get 70% of the Summit price. You might have to contact the company headquarters. Good luck.

No, it doesnt matter if it's street legal or not. It's your property and they broke it. They need to replace it.

Call Mineke's corporate office--- corp offices tend to pressure franchises to make a customer happy-- if the store isn't franchised it's corp. owned-- that's even better!! Either way you should calmly state your case to them & know what you want them to do. Get the names of the people you dealt with, dates, etc. Just to rub it in a little, get the corp office ph # from the store manager, his name, etc.--- give the guy one last chance to resolve this to your satisfaction.
Good luck!

And whatever you talk about follow up with a
well written letter and explain you should
get X because of Y.
Registered mail.
If they ignore you, file a complaint with the state attorney general office
consumer affairs division. That's what they are there for.
They will quickly realize it is cheaper for them to pay you something
than take the time, money, and energy to answer a government complaint.
It's useless to file a complaint with the better BUSINESS buro.
No matter how much you have them dead to rights, they always
side with the business.
