well you can always buy my kit....its much simpler and removes all those pesky vac lines and valves.

I talked to some guys at Rims and Things (www.rimsandthings.com) and they told me how they get theres legalized, you just take it through customs as a parts car, once its in SC you can register it with the japanese title without even converting it to an english title, he had the japanese title in the glove box with english typed on the back. He was saying something like changing the vin from a so and so long one to a shorter vin,ill have to talk to him about it, but both the owners own street legal skylines and have a few R33's and R34 that they use to store engine parts in and seats on top of!
