Well bout 10 hours of work netted me and my boys a very nice install.
Hats off to hasport for a well made product. seemed to go in easier then my ZC.
enough header space
integra shift linkage worked great.
header fits perfect to factory exhaust.
heater core hoses were perfect
Almost seemed like the motor was made for the car. LOL
had to trim the splash guards
and I did he hammer to frame rail but it's not noticeable.
can't believe how well it went together.
enjoy the photos.

I do all my swaps from the bottom (much easier)

Done

Yes I sold the ZC it went to a good home

Few More

header was nect

This is where 3rd is with the integra shift linkage.

just a minor tweak for the header

pack up and go home

I managed to get everything done, if I had the harness I could have tried starting it.
I have to thank my Brother and Tyler
the extra help went a long way.

A few points I discovered last night while doing the swap
I used a CTR pulley with a B series alternator.
two options
Belt From NAPA part Number K040292 or 040292
This put my Alternator about halfway along the adjuster arm but if your dent wasn't big
enough there is also one other belt which will bring it a 1/4 inch closer.

First belt is 29-3/4 long
Second belt shown here is 29-1/4 long. part # 040285
my "dent" isn't very large and I have plenty of clearance.

So the 1g integra (shift linkage= extension rod and change rod and shifter) worked out fine without any modification with hasport mounts?
How is the fitment on hasport axles? just as good as oem?

Still waiting on Axles they will be Hasport ones though. And yes the shift linkage is 100% 86-89 integra.
it's very close to perfect, I'd give it a 9 out of 10. I'm running a DC short throw shifter so it's very nice.
I like perfection and I'm going to live with it. Mind you I like to sit kinda close to the wheel so it's fine for me.
Today I finished up the intake. The one I was running on the ZC just needed to be trimmed an inch shorter at the TB.

One of my big concerns about going to a B series was the clearance.
My car is very low and it turns out the car seems to have the same if not even more
clearance then the ZC I was running.

I concluded this to the B16's shallower oil pan and even the hood clearance is better.
I also think the B has a shorter valve cover.
I know the motor has a shorter stroke which might mean the block is shorter, but there's no mistaken the B's taller head.

The B16A is actually shorter than the other B-series, the deck height on the block is smaller.

I really thought I was going to have fitment issues, glad I went this route.
