Bought A Ols Set Of Wheels Last Weekend..need I.d. On Them

You older guys can probally help me out more than others. Couldnt pass them up for 50 bills....anyone know who made them? 15x7 made in taiwan, thats all thats stamped on the backside other than the weight capacity.
