First of all, send RPR a private message asking for an image gallery, that way you can upload your pictures to the website.
Then, when you go to post a picture, just hit the IMG button. It gives you a window to type the URL (Web address)
What you need to put in there is what is in the address box in your browser window to post that pic.
But wait, its never that easy. Here is the direct picture address of my car
http://www.redpepper...ery/Rampage/aab
That of course, doesn't work. To find the REAL URL, you need to right click on the image and check the properties. The properties will reveal that the actual address is really http://www.redppeppe...Rampage/aab.jpg
So try putting that in the image:
Voila!
Basically you need to add the "albums/" part (That took me a while to figure out) and the " .jpg ", the file extension.
Now, on larger images (over 600 pixels in length?) they are resized, so there are actually two pictures:
When you browse the thumbs, then click on them, you get the small pic:
http://www.redpepper...0/aaa.sized.jpg
And click on it again to get the big pic
http://www.redpepper...albup20/aaa.jpg
To get the small pic, you need to add the " .sized " part in between the filename and the extension. Use the small pics when posting, then put in a link to the rest of your pictures in that gallery or particular album of pics you want to show (If you are showing an album of an event or something similar)
Working with the image gallery is simple, just log in and all the options available to you are there in top right had corner, you get a lot of different choices when it comes to your album, just explore them and let me know if there is anything you don't get.
Finally, the images/movies you uploaded are renamed, the caption says one thing, but the files are named aaa, aab, aac, aad.....etc.
Hey, Tom, maybe we should put this in a FAQ, this comes up a lot.
Cheers,
Mark.

Mark, that is a beautiful answer, and if you don't mind, I'm going to use it as my 'template' when anyone asks about it. In this case though, the solution is I think much simpler. Avatar's have to be 100x100 pixels or less, so if it's larger, he can resize it to that (or smaller) and it should work. If you are still having problems, let me know.

I thought I should add that the "custom member title" under the "edit profile infor" of "my controls" is only available after your first 40 or 50 posts, I can't remember which, I believe it is 50.
