If you find a 5th gear set out of a 87 HF, you can use that 5th gear set to get the overall final ratio back to what the transmission was with the stock Si FD...no more buzzing on the highway...

Kirk

I have a Mugen 4.93 Final Drive in my Civic.

Would like to find the 1987 HF 5th Gear Set that Kirk (gtpilot) suggested.

Does anyone have one lying around somewhere?
You're Mad!

Well thank God for that, 'cause if I wasn't, this would probably have never worked.

I've got just what you're looking for.
The gear/synchronizer is in almost perfect shape. When I pulled the tranny apart it looked like it was nearly brand new. I can send you some pictures of the set if you would like.

How much are you willing to pay for it?
I could get it shipped pretty soon.
