F/s 87 Crx Si 2200$

27 November 2009 - 01:08 AM

For sale 87 si, no rust, paint is decent , has a really orange peal texture , maybe it can be gotten out with some wet sanding and buffing but is very durable, top part of car is painted satin black, has little dent above driver rear quarter but isnt that noticable. 202k on body but engine was rebuilt to factory specs and has less than 3k. Drives and pulls strong. New clutch. No cracks in header panel, 1 fender is perfect the other is cracked in couple places but band aid sticker hides it, no cracks in side skirts. Rear wing was removed and was filled with bondo but can still tell holes were there along with rear windshield wiper and rear windshield squirter and antenna hole was filled in. New non molded carpet installed along with new grant gt steering wheel and pioneer premier head unit cd player. Interior is clean for the most part. The rear was stripped but have everything needed to put it back together a and most plastic pieces are already installed back in, Ill probably have it all together before I sale. The only thing thats broke in the interior is the windshield wiper controls, I have it wired up on one speed on a switch on the steering column. couple cracks in passenger side taillights.Hod doesnt have no latching mechanism i removed all of it and have hood pins, no windshield wiper fluid squirters.Devac was done along with a smaller new lawn and garden battery. Sunroof works but is slow, but it doesnt leak. Engine has fuel pressure gauge installed, wrapped hedman headers, custom short ram and ngk plug wires, along with all ac components taken out, heat works good, have aero stainless steal resonator and flowtech resonated tip to go with it but not installed. I had nitrous on it but never got around to spraying due to the fact its been cold and I didn't have a bottle heater, all the nitrous system is removed. Runs great but only problem which isnt a big deal is it idles up and down untill warmed up but it starts fine with little gas pressed. I have driven this car form alabama to iowa without any problems and drive it every day 1 hour to work. Also has gsr 5 five rims with 95% tires. Any questions just ask. Im very active on here so just pm and ill respond the same day. I am located in Davenport iowa. 2 to 3 hours form chicago and 2 to 3 hours form des moines iowa. Looking to get 2,000$ or will trade for decent truck with ac and be reliable or a small van like a astro or suv, nothing big and ugly. also i have clean title for the car

switches are no longer in there, i have peace of black tape covering the holes, note the windshield wiper switch i was talking about above the key switch

shows small dent and little bondo work on fender lip thats needs little work to be perfect, ill take better pics if needed, was no rust here just was bent in

My Official Mame Arcade Build Thread

29 October 2009 - 05:24 PM

Just wanted to start a thread for all who are interested in arcade games and such. I will begin making mine shortly.

Well this weekend I will be picking up a nonworking arcade game called Time Killers. The cabinet is in very good shape and no water damage. Getting a killer deal on it for 50$. Just had bad monitor and thats it. I have a feeling I am getting some good parts I can sell on ebay. He said it has like 4 other game boards in it and was a converted cabinet which is really good. Will be posting some before pics up when I pick it up tomorrow or Saturday. Plans are all new joysticks and buttons. Removing old hardware and putting in a computer. Replacing all graphics on machine with new custom ones. It will boot up and show MAME loading then automatically load the program and you select the game you want in the list. Everything will be controlled by the joysticks and buttons. A usb hub will be mounted inside the coin door for hooking a mouse and keyboard up for services and adding more games. but as for playing it will all be using arcade software with windows and windows will never be shown unless i am servicing it. here is the screen shot of what the computer boots into.So far I have about 110 games for it. Oh yes these are real arcade games not remakes these are the actual roms images form the machines. You actually haft to insert coins to play but I have a button for that. Stay tuned for more

this will be the windows boot logo
