What issues are you concerned with? The ZC intake will bolt straight up to the D16a1 head and will have to use the ZC fuel rail unless you can find a way to mount a different piece. With the use of the ZC fuel rail, you may need to build your fuel feed line to reach from the pass side of the firewall to the drive side of the rail.
Another option is a P29 ZC intake. Its the best flowing intake out of four generations of dual cam motors. The only mod is the removal of the top center mount stud.
